A visit to Walt Disney World at Christmas Time… Awesome!

Cinderella's Castle at the Magic Kingdom in Walt Disney World at Christmastime

That’s what Cinderella’s Castle at the “Magic Kingdom” in Walt Disney World looks like at Christmastime… Beautiful!!

During Christmas, have you ever loaded the entire family in the car and headed out to gaze in amazement at all the houses beautifully lit up with twinkling lights and life size statues of Santa and his reindeer?

Well then, just imagine the prettiest house and now picture it the size of San Francisco. That’s what Walt Disney World in Florida looks like at Christmas time… a dazzling holiday spectacle that will last in your memories for a
lifetime
!

And if that wasn’t enough, for your enjoyment they have created – spectacular parades, building size Christmas trees spoiled with colorful decorations, snow flakes falling gently from the sky, fun tunes like “Feliz Navidad” playing in the background and musical celebrations galore to get even Scrooge in the festive mood! 🙂

Walt Disney World and it’s 40 square miles spares no expense on creating this dream land into a Christmas haven celebration… both of us, looking back at the other, can’t help but notice the perma smile on each others faces. 🙂 It’s a beautiful thing, seeing your husband or wife so happy. No need to say a word, we just clench each others hand a little tighter and walk along.

Of course, we’ve been snapping pictures to capture the moment… have a look at some of our photos & videos to see for yourself:

TIP: It’s a good idea to note also that when you are planning a visit here during this time of year, although like Walt says “It’s the happiest place on earth”, not only will you will need to bring along good walking shoes and water but more importantly you will need PATIENCE. With it’s grandeur size the parks attract droves of people. Even in slow season, the parks here are busy. Realizing this before you get here will put you in the best frame of mind when you arrive and will ensure you have a great time! 🙂

Happy Disney fun times at Christmas Time!!
